Cross Campus is an engine of creativity and innovation, housed at our state of the art 11,000 square foot space at 820 Broadway in the heart of Santa Monica.  Our goal is to inspire creative collisions through space design, learning platforms, and extraordinary events, fostering member-driven collaboration that ultimately leads to game changing ideas and enterprises.

As a member of Cross Campus, you are part of a select community of doers.  You enjoy a workspace that is designed to inspire and built to support the needs of entrepreneurs who aim high.  Our classes & events give you the opportunity to participate in a dynamic learning experience that goes far beyond the norm.

We believe in breathtaking design.

Beautiful ideas originate in beautiful settings. If a creative space isn’t both comfortable and inspiring, why spend your time there? If it is, and there are opportunities to socialize and learn, why leave? We are a campus, not just a building. A work spa, if you will.

We believe in creative collisions.

Creativity is a kinetic phenomenon – it’s about action and forward motion. Building great companies and sparking innovation is really hard – it takes nothing less than a diverse, non-likeminded group of agile people in an inspiring environment to make it happen.

We believe that learning is an action sport.

It doesn’t just happen when you listen to a serial entrepreneur talk for an hour. Knowledge transfer is good…skill synthesis and application, even better. It’s hard to do education right, but we’re doing it – combining paper with video, online with real-world components, and practical workshops with hands-on apprenticeship. That’s what it takes for you to level up.

We believe there is no such thing as a crazy idea.

Come by and see what we’re building. You’ll see we don’t find much use for boundaries. Want access to a 3-d printer? Think we should build a rock climbing wall? Have an idea for how we can repurpose one of our many private rooms? We’re all ears. That experimental mentality puts a big smile on our face. Cross Campus is your lab.

We believe productivity wins.

You’re in the office working day and night. So what. Unless your space is purpose built to unleash hour after hour of kick ass productivity, you’re spinning your wheels. And losing precious time.

  • walls double insulated with Quiet Rock
  • low VOC building materials & cleaning products (after all, it’s your brain…)
  • privacy, any time you need it
  • desks custom built for the way you work
  • a presentation stage and A/V setup that’s begging to blast your presentation
  • different work zones for different work moods

Cross Campus isn’t for everyone… Do you think work needs a redefinition? Are you made better by those around you? Do you obey the rules, or do you write them? If you’ve read this far, you already know if you’re Cross Campus material or not. If you are, we have membership options to fit your style and how you get things done.
