The Front Desk Associate is the first face our guests see upon entering a Cross Campus location. We’re looking for a friendly, warm extrovert: someone who’s always ready to help and who thrives in busy (and sometimes chaotic) customer-facing environments. You’ve got to be a master of “directing traffic”, thinking on your feet, answering questions, and doing it all with a smile! Our ideal candidate has prior hospitality experience in a reception or concierge-type capacity. Sound like you? Read on!
—Welcome our members, guests, and walk-ins
—Field questions about campus in-person and via email and phone
—Opening and closing procedures for the campus, including lighting and music
—Field incoming calls related to the various services provided at Cross Campus
—Ensure that meeting room and event venue customers have a seamless experience on campus
—Manage member mail and package deliveries
—Personal warmth, enthusiasm, and a service-oriented personality: helping people brings you fulfillment
—Excellent people skills, verbal communication skills, and a high emotional IQ
—1-2 years working a reception or concierge-type hospitality role (boutique club or high-end hotel experience a strong plus)
—Proficiency with Google Apps and other cloud-based applications (eg. gmail, google docs)
—Competitive annual salary, based on experience and background
