Cross Campus is seeking a Membership Sales lead for our flagship location at the corner of Rosecrans & Apollo in the South Bay, opening in January 2018. This full-time position reports to the Membership Director and is based in Los Angeles. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in sales, and a strong network in the South Bay cities.
—50% touring and sales pipeline management, originating from inbound leads
—50% pro-active lead generation through existing relationships, referral partnerships, and attending local events
—Cultivating and maintaining relationships with community organizers and partners in the South Bay
—Interfacing with location staff to facilitate new Members onboarding
—3-7 years of sales experience, high comfort level with in-person
—Track record of sales success while working independently
—Based in the South Bay
—Experience with Salesforce a plus
—Commercial office or hospitality (event) sales experience a plus
—Business / Partnership development experience a plus
