ABOUT YOU

‍The physical workspace is the foundation for the Cross Campus experience. By ensuring this space is clean, organized, and well-stocked, you’ll play a very important role in allowing our members to do their best work. The Cleaner is also responsible for supporting the location team with space-related projects. We’re looking for someone with great focus and attention to detail, who enjoys creating a clean and well-organized workspace for our members.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

— Keep all surfaces clean and organized

— Make coffee, re-stock snacks and supplies as-needed

— Respond to emergencies such as spills

— Assist location team with package-handling and move-ins

— Conduct occasional special projects like deep-cleans and reorganizations

— Demonstrate personal warmth and caring towards our members

REQUIREMENTS

— Positive attitude and service-oriented personality: helping people brings you fulfillment

— Attention to detail and an organized approach to work: able to work off a checklist, and notice and correct the smallest of imperfections

— Strong work-ethic: takes personal pride in the work

— Can carry 50 lbs up stairs several times a day

— Focused: able to avoid distractions

— Values a clean and organized space

— Read, write, and speak English fluently

— Authorization to work in the United States

COMPENSATION

— Competitive hourly wage
