Consistent with what’s happening in the industry as a whole, Cross Campus is seeing increasing demand from more mature companies in traditional industries. The Enterprise Sales & Partnerships Manager is responsible for managing these relationships with larger, more sophisticated clients. In addition, corporate partnerships – whether within the real estate community or with complementary brands – are playing a larger role in the growth of the business.

 Enterprise Sales

  • Manage relationships with current Enterprise Clients at Cross Campus, ensuring an excellent Member experience and staying ahead of their growth needs
  • ‍Oversee the sales process with new Enterprise clients from initial contact through touring and contracting to close
  • Generate leads for prospective Enterprise Clients through events, broker relationships and other partner introductions
  • Develop sales strategies to form relationships with corporate heads of real estate
  • Stay current and keep management informed of developing needs and service requests of Enterprise Clients

 Sales Management

  • Oversee pricing updates for all office inventory
  • Utilize Salesforce to ensure that campus-based staff (Community Managers) are meeting sales targets
  • Enhance Salesforce templates, reports and process
  • Design and implement sales training to improve the effectiveness of location-based staff

 Partnerships

  • Manage broker partnership program and relationships with broker community
  • ‍Manage partnerships with service providers and other complementary brands to enhance the Cross Campus service offering
  • Take lead on co-branding initiatives with Enterprise Clients to integrate their brand within the Cross Campus community
  • Communicate the Cross Campus brand to the real estate community, including brokers, landlords and building managers

 Experience & Qualifications

  • College graduate with 4+ years of sales or business development experience
  • Background in commercial real estate or hospitality is a plus, – Experience in digital or traditional marketing a plus
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail, with experience and comfort reviewing / negotiating contracts
  • Be a creative thinker who looks outside of the box to find solutions that can close sales

 Compensation

  • Full-time position with health benefits
  • $90k – $110k annual salary, based on experience and background
  • Stock options to vest over time
