ABOUT THE EVENT
We’re thrilled to invite you to connect and learn with Dr. Jay Rao, Professor of Strategy and Innovation at Babson College, for an impactful conversation on How to Master Entrepreneurial Leadership Through COVID-19 and Beyond!
The coronavirus shutdown has unleashed volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity across our hyper-connected world. According to Rao, our new reality requires a different type of leadership—entrepreneurial leadership. Rao defines entrepreneurial leadership as transformational, situational and crisis leadership.
Entrepreneurial leaders go beyond being just strong risk managers. They are very good uncertainty navigators and ambiguity explorers. They can think and act not only as a rational scientist but also as one who can energize, engage and enable their team to navigate uncertain environments and explore ambiguous terrains.
Within each of us lies seeds of entrepreneurial leadership, which most of us use opportunistically or accidentally, but can be much more powerful and impactful when used intentionally. Through our dynamic conversation, Rao will give us the tools to discover our own entrepreneurial leadership skills and style. We’ll learn how to identify, develop and nurture entrepreneurial leaders within an organization, and how each of us can contribute to our teams and organizations to survive this current turbulent period. We hope to see you there!
A private members-only link will be sent to those who RSVP.
