Meraki Fitness and Cross Campus Beverly Hills team up Saturdays to provide a safe, outdoor fitness experience! With plenty of space for safe social distance, all safety protocols in place, fresh air and gorgeous 180-degree cityscape views, you’re in for a treat!

Taught by wellness expert, Anna Stavaridis, this beautiful Saturday morning class welcomes all levels for those looking for a refreshing change and a safe, Zoom-free fitness experience! Join us as we connect mind, body, and soul in a relaxing outdoor, rooftop space with cityscape views.

WHAT TO BRING: mask, mat, blocks, hand-weights, bands (if desired) and water bottle.

Limited space is available. Refunds available 24 hours in advance. Early arrival suggested to allow for temperature checks. If rain, class will be cancelled and refunds will be issued. Parking is first come, first serve. Heat lamps will be available.

Saturdays 9am | Total Body Tone and Core with Anna

Join Anna for a total body rooftop exercise experience! This workout will combine stretching, strength, yoga, Pilates, barre, meditation, and cardiovascular training into one hour. No experience is needed as we will adapt for all fitness levels. No equipment is necessary but feel free to bring bands, hand weights, or whatever brings you your optimal workout! Be ready for energizing exercise for this class!

Learning Objectives: Participants will learn a variety of efficient exercises for a full body workout including arms, chest, back, glutes, legs, and core. In addition to strength training, they will get additional cardiovascular benefit from the format of the circuits.
