About This Event

Team leaders continue to face enormous people management challenges as we begin to wind down 2020. We have to consider the mental and physical health of our people, while producing better business results with less resources.

Restructuring priorities, changing work environments, and reorganizing teams have led to people losing sight of where they’re headed, having a detrimental impact on confidence, morale, and productivity.

How does a team achieve goals if they’re all rowing in different directions?

This interactive workshop will help you realign and propel your team forward, whether your business is booming or you’ve faced reductions-in-force.

We will be teaching you how to use data and science to realign teams to new demands, discover how your people align to your strategic goals as individuals and a team, and learn how to identify where your team has blind spots that need attention. Things have changed no matter what your business looks like and implementing a methodical, data-based approach will remove much of the subjectivity and bias while also getting everyone on the same page and moving forward, completely aligned and ready to execute!
