About This Workshop

Starting or growing your consulting business is challenging, but it doesn't have to be confusing. During this interactive workshop, you’ll learn how to apply the 5 Pillars of Consulting Success to your business. It doesn't matter if you haven’t started, or have been consulting for years, this class is all about how you can package and price the services you provide, and how to attract your audience in a way that doesn't feel salesy or desperate.

Whether you're doing this as a side gig, or working with enterprise-level organizations, you’ll be able to confidently connect with and pitch your services, even in a competitive environment. You’ll also learn how to spend more time in your Zone of Genius - and less time doing administrative tasks - through the use of various tools and resources.

With a focus on scaling; you’ll discover how to generate revenue outside of coaching or consulting, including online courses and paid speaking gigs.

General Assembly’s classes, workshops and events are recreational and for avocational purposes only. No certificate is awarded.
